Department of Drawing and Painting

Introduction

The Department of Drawing & Painting came into being in 2020.The department was opened with the sole aim to impart qualitative art education under the University system .The program  helps the students to enhance their drawing skills and focus on learning the practical strategies for converting their imagination into painting composition.

Vision

The Department of Drawing and Painting envisions being the center of excellence in the research and technology driven training of modern and fine art. The department will be center for research and development of preservation and development of ancient product design and art.

Mission

§  To critically analyze various styles and modes of art expressions of different periods.

§  To inculcate multiple visual thinking process among the art student who pursue post-graduation in the fine art.

§  To have better access to art studies provide impetus to individual creativity and enhance job opportunities, entrepreneurship, Professional, artist etc.

§  To provide basic knowledge of Art management and Marketing.
